I am a Healthcare professional and certified life Coach graduated in Caracas Venezuela with 15 years of experience working with Children and Adolescents. Additionally 7 years working with Children with Special Needs (Autism and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) My training has allowed me to increase my sensitivity and patience in daily contact with children, adolescents as well as their parents. Additional values as humility, respect, professionalism, positive attitude and responsibility has been part of my daily work. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills (verbal, written and listening), a sincere desire to help children and adolescents learn and develop the capacity to think critically. Also good balance between flexibility and strictness and Ability to react calmly and effectively in different situations with children (e.g. tantrums and other inappropriate behaviors). I am a person who knows how to work in a team environment and always willing to learn and update my knowledge every day in my personal and professional areas. I have worked in Venezuela with children with deficit attention disorders: helping them with their activities after school and creating good study skills. I am able to establish a friendly, warm and respectful communication with each child according to their character and their needs. Since I arrived to USA I have been working with some children with their after school activities. Working with children and adolescents during all these years has been a rewarding experience in my personal and professional life.
